Board and yearly report
The NIVA Foundation is led by a board of directors and a managing director. NIVA's board consists of eight board members.
Board members
NIVA's board is nominated by an election committee consisting of one member appointed by the Ministry of Climate and Environment, one member appointed by the Research Council of Norway and one member from the private sector. The board also has three employee-elected members
