Saskia Trubbach

Saskia Trubbach is a marine social science researcher at the Norwegian Institute for Water Research. With a background in political science and a master’s degree in environmental policy from Sciences Po Paris School of International Affairs, her research focuses on the science-policy interface in environmental governance. She is interested in understanding how the design, implementation, and interaction of policy and regulatory frameworks can ensure ecosystem-based governance of marine and coastal areas. Her geographical focus is the European seas with a special interest in the Arctic region.
