Mari Solerød is Head of communications at NIVA. She has more than 30 years' experience as a journalist, editor and communications advisor for a number of employers in the public and private sector. Before coming to NIVA, she led the communications team at the Research Council's division for Energy, Resources and the Environment, with responsibility for communications related to research on climate, environment, oceans, petroleum and renewable energy.
Mari has also worked with international research collaboration, with European partnerships for research collaboration, BiodivERsA and JPI Urban Europe.
