Summary
Since 2001, the environmental condition of the Outer Oslofjord has been monitored. The surveys provide information on discharges to the fjord area and on the environmental condition at the bottom and in the water bodies. The main emphasis is on the description of nutrients and their effects. During the period 2007-2018, the monitoring was carried out as a collaboration between NIVA and the Institute of Marine Research. This report summarizes and discusses results from the monitoring during the period 2014-2018, but also in relation to other relevant surveys and previous monitoring in the same sea areas.
