Karoline S. Arvidsson has been employed at NIVA since 2016 and holds a degree of Master of Business and Economics from the University of Agder, Norway and Oregon State University, USA. She has also completed the “Project Management in Practice” course from Metier.
She has over 10 years of experience as a Business Controller and additional experience in sales, bid processes, procurement of technical solutions, and has held leadership responsibilities. She has experience from various industries and currently holds the position of Sr. Controller/Advisor.
Arvidsson has experience with various ERP systems, both as a superuser and in connection with procurement, upgrades, and replacement of ERP systems. She has worked extensively on optimizing and automating accounting processes to support business operations in the best possible way.
Arvidsson has extensive experience in preparing various financial reports for management, owners, clients, and other stakeholders. She provides support to management and project managers in all phases of project execution, from proposals and applications to reporting and evaluation, and plays a central role in several of NIVA’s largest projects. In both her current and previous positions, Arvidsson has worked extensively with contracts, including drafting agreements and following up on existing agreements.
