Federico performed his education in Italy, where he studied the teratogenic effect on tunicate organisms during his bachelor's in natural science at the University og Milan. After that, through the master’s degree in science and technology for environment and landscape, he made a G. I.S. based model to quantify the input of chlorine ions in Iseo Lake.
Now established in Farsund, he is collaborating with the private and the public sector on projects to establish a sustainable and knowledge-based blue regional development. Federico’s research focuses on sustainable aquaculture, coastal area planning, ecotoxicology, remote sensing and GIS analysis topics.
