Aleksandra holds an academic background as a social scientist with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Technology Sydney and a master’s degree in Energy, Environment, and Society from the University of Stavanger.
In her role as a coordinator in Project Support, she primarily works as a Project Support Manager (PSA) in EU projects, but also in several other types of projects. Aleksandra has also been actively involved as a dedicated PSA in NIVA-coordinated application work, both for the EU and the Research Council of Norway (NFR).
Additionally, she continuously works on improvement processes in the section’s operations and for PS in projects and applications through the development and maintenance of guidelines and contributions to a specialized EU forum to strengthen NIVA’s project process.
Aleksandra is also involved in Key Figures Reporting to Statistics Norway (SSB) and is responsible for coordinating NIVA’s annual reporting to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and actively contributes to NIVA’s sustainability reporting.
